After more than 25 years of working in the corporate world, I began practising yoga to help with the stresses of running my own business. What I did not expect was the huge physical benefits; I thought the fact I played football, tennis and ran regularly meant I was in good condition. However, yoga enhanced everything aspect of my physical and mental fitness.
Yoga soon became an integral part of my life, culminating in me training as a Yoga Alliance registered instructor in India where I have completed both the initial RYT200 and the advanced RYT300 accreditations and I now teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama and Mediation.
I offer yoga instruction in several different environments, for sports, in the workplace and for private individuals, so, no matter where you are or what you do, I can bring yoga and it's life changing benefits to you.
