After more than 25 years of working in the corporate world, I began practising yoga to help with the stresses of running my own business. What I did not expect was the huge physical benefits that it also brought. The fact I played football, tennis and ran regularly meant I was in fairly good condition, however, taking up yoga enhanced every aspect of my physical and mental fitness.
Yoga very quickly became an integral part of my life, and, after practicing for several years I decided to train as an instructor in India where I have completed both the initial RYT200 and the advanced RYT300 accreditations. Registered with the Yoga Alliance as an instructor in, I now teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga as well as Pranayama and Mediation.
I offer yoga instruction in several different environments, for sports, in the workplace and for private individuals, so, no matter where you are or what you do, I can bring yoga and it's life changing benefits to you.
